Paying only the one-time build fee? Ongoing email marketing, growth reports, and SEO aren't included — and you'll pay the website platform's monthly ownership fee (about $50/month, paid directly to the platform, not First Impression) plus your domain cost yourself.

Photos: you provide them.
First Impression does not offer on-location photography or content creation — there are no photo shoots of you, your team, your location, or your products. When your website is being built, you'll need to send in photos of your products or services. If you don't have photos, appropriate AI-generated content can be created for you instead.
- You supply your own photos, and you must have the legal right to use them.
- Stock photos and licensed imagery may be used where appropriate.
- AI-generated images may be used within limits: they must not misrepresent real people, real products, real locations, real results, or certifications — and they can't create fake team members, clients, or testimonials.
- Images that misrepresent your business or mislead customers won't be used.
